What do you think? Answer below!

Yoga is very relaxing and helps me deal with stress. YouTube has a lot of great yoga videos you can try.
If you have a treadmill, run on it about 30 minutes to an hour a day, or go to a local park. Also, start a hobby. What do you love to do? Like for me, I love scrapbooking! Take time out to do something for yourself! Do manicures and pedicures on yourself. Do facials, play with your hair, try to style your hair in different styles and just have fun with it. Just take time out for yourself to pamper yourself. Go to the tanning salon, or go get a massage. Go to a local spa maybe once a week just to relax and be treated. You have got to take time out for yourself at least an hour a day, make this hour “me time” No matter if one day you go get your nails done, or the next you go run around the track. This will give you time to relax and clear your mind! And if yoga and meditation is your kind of thing, then do that, but if not, I just thought I would give you a couple of suggestions you could do to help yourself feel better and relaxed about yourself! I hope I helped you a little bit! Good Luck!
